MP capital management is an independent, owner-managed real estate and financing boutique based in Potsdam.
Our work focuses on three business areas: financing, real estate acquisitions and advisory.
We combine many years of experience in banking, real estate financing, real estate transactions and our own investments with an established network and short decision-making paths.
We work personally, entrepreneurially and with a clear view of the economic context and the specific situation of our clients.
Markus Petsch
Markus Petsch is a Diplom-Kaufmann and has worked in banking and real estate since 2005.
After ten years in banking, focusing on corporate and real estate finance, he has been self-employed since 2014 as a real estate investor, advisor and financing broker.
During this time, he has supported numerous real estate transactions and financings and made real estate investments of his own. He combines the perspective of a former banker and credit decision-maker with the experience of an advisor, broker and investor.
These different perspectives still shape the way MP capital management works today.
Experience from different perspectives
Real estate decisions can often not be considered in isolation. Financing, economic conditions, tax and business aspects and the personal goals of those involved can be closely connected.
By combining banking and financing experience, real estate transactions, advisory and our own investments, we look at situations from different perspectives and can assess opportunities, risks and possible options accordingly.
The focus is not on a particular solution. What matters is understanding the respective situation and developing an economically sensible and workable route.
An established network
Over many years, a reliable network of lenders, investors, management consultants, tax advisors and other relevant market participants has developed.
This network allows us to bring together different skills and perspectives where needed and to involve the right contacts for each task.
Our network is not an end in itself. It helps us develop pragmatic and workable solutions even in more complex situations.

We work personally, directly and with short decision-making paths. Our clients have one permanent contact who knows their situation and supports the process from start to finish.
We also look at questions from an entrepreneurial perspective. What matters to us is what is economically sensible and actually feasible.
Open and clear communication is also part of this. If we do not consider a situation or a solution viable, we say so early and transparently.
